Solution
Casio implemented a unified omnichannel data platform to replace experience-based marketing with data-driven decision-making across online and offline retail channels. The solution ingests customer transaction data, bar codes, product attributes, and warehouse inventory from multiple touchpoints into Dataphin's data mid-end layer, creating standardized data indicators across commerce, inventory, and after-sales. Real-time analytics powered by AnalyticDB enable dynamic AIPL population segmentation during peak seasons like Double 11, improving inventory turnover efficiency and reducing stockouts while unifying brand loyalty tagging across the ecosystem.
Data flow
Omnichannel sales/inventory/customer data → Dataphin consolidation → standardized indicators → AnalyticDB analytics → marketing campaigns and inventory optimization
