Solution

CINAMON built the CINEV animation-production platform on top of Alibaba Cloud's elastic compute and AI portfolio. The customer story highlights Elastic GPU Service as the fit for AI-intensive rendering and generation workloads, with Elastic Compute Service and Object Storage Service forming the broader application and content backbone behind the service. Supporting infrastructure such as Function Compute, Simple Log Service, NAT Gateway, Alibaba Cloud DNS, File Storage NAS, and Elastic IP Address gives the team the networking, storage, observability, and burst execution tools needed to run a real-time story-to-movie workflow without locking capacity to a fixed baseline. On top of that infrastructure, CINAMON plans deeper integration with Qwen LLM and Qwen Image Edit models so it can improve narrative-to-video transformation and choose the right model size for each generation task. The overall design focuses on keeping wait times low, matching compute spend to fluctuating project loads, and creating a production platform that can scale with AI-driven video demand.

Data flow

User story and media inputs are processed by application services on ECS, AI-intensive jobs run on Elastic GPU Service and Function Compute, assets are stored in Object Storage Service and NAS, and future Qwen-based generation stages enrich the resulting animated videos before delivery.
