Business outcome
Alibaba Cloud helped Tuiwen scale an AI-native content-export factory for online literature. The company can now translate and distribute content at industrial throughput while keeping platform operations manageable: the AI translation system reaches 3 seconds per chapter, 20 chapters per minute, and 20,000 to 30,000 chapters per day, while the AI publishing system can release 3,000+ books per month at far lower cost than manual workflows.

Solution
Tuiwen Technology runs its web-novel export business on Alibaba Cloud using ECS and Log Service SLS as the operational foundation beneath its AI translation and publishing systems. The company's AI translation-generation-distribution pipeline automatically monitors, fetches, translates, and publishes licensed Chinese novels, while a separate AI production-distribution system can package books for rapid digital release. Because the workload is containerized and integrates additional services such as Flink, Function Compute, and WAF, Tuiwen needed a logging system that could persist short-lived operational traces and unify them across many components. SLS became that collection and analysis plane: it ingests K8s logs, application logs, and related service logs, generates monitoring reports, and supports alerting into collaboration tools so a small engineering team can keep the high-volume AI content-export pipeline stable without staffing a much larger operations function.
Data flow
Licensed Chinese novels are detected and ingested by Tuiwen's AI translation platform, translated and prepared for distribution, and then published to overseas reading channels. Throughout that process, ECS runs the services while SLS captures logs from Kubernetes workloads and related components so failures, anomalies, and performance issues can be identified and acted on quickly.
