ZenCreator

ZenCreator needed a production AI platform that could sustain more than one million image and video generations per month, reduce false positives in commercial creative, and keep cost per generation viable as usage scaled across creators and agencies.

Solution

ZenCreator runs its image and video generation business on Alibaba Cloud Model Studio, making the Wan and Qwen model families the primary engines behind a high-volume creative application. All production traffic is routed through the Model Studio international endpoint in Singapore and integrated with the DashScope API and Python SDK. The platform uses Wan for video and image generation, Qwen for image generation and editing, and LoRA fine-tunes on Wan 2.7 to preserve consistent character identity across outputs. Requests are submitted asynchronously and then polled through the task API, allowing ZenCreator to absorb peaks in demand without blocking end-user workflows. This design is tuned for commercial creative use cases—social, advertising, e-commerce, lip sync, virtual try-on, and editing—where the company must balance visual quality with predictable operating costs. By combining Alibaba Cloud model APIs with its own orchestration layer, ZenCreator turned managed multimodal inference into a scalable production pipeline for more than 1.5 million creators and agencies.

Data flow

User prompts and assets are sent from the ZenCreator web app to Model Studio through DashScope, Wan and Qwen models generate or edit images and videos asynchronously, task results are polled back into the orchestration layer, and completed assets are returned to creators and agencies.

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value75/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact0/25
    0 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence72%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability21/25
10 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
  • Direct evidence15/20
    3 direct source quotes retained.
  • Date provenance0/10
The publication date has no documented provenance.
  • Source transparency8/10
1 source reference document publisher, URL, authority, retrieval, and supported fields.
  • Implementation specificity8/10
Rewards source-backed components, data flow, quantified impact, and a specific outcome.
