Solution

Nasdaq built Nasdaq Sustainable Lens on AWS to analyze large volumes of unstructured ESG documents and disclosures for investor-relations teams. The serverless solution uses Amazon Bedrock and AWS Lambda to extract and organize relevant information, then surfaces benchmarking and trend insights through Nasdaq IR Insight so customers can compare themselves with peers and monitor sustainability developments. By packaging the workflow as an AI-powered service on top of its investor-relations platform, Nasdaq reduced manual document review, kept the architecture lightweight, and gave customers faster access to on-demand ESG intelligence.

Data flow

Unstructured sustainability and ESG documents flow into Nasdaq Sustainable Lens, where Amazon Bedrock and AWS Lambda analyze the content and return benchmarking and trend insights through Nasdaq IR Insight.
