Solution

KSN Education built NABBLE AI as a serverless, multimodal tutoring platform on Google Cloud so students can get personalized help through text, voice, and screen-share interactions at any time. Vertex AI and Gemini power the core tutoring logic, generating adaptive explanations, quizzes, and verified step-by-step answers that respond to student performance in real time. Cloud Run supplies the serverless execution layer, Firestore secures student learning histories, and Cloud Storage supports the wider application data model without forcing the startup to manage infrastructure directly. Speech-to-Text API and Text-to-Speech AI add spoken interaction, while Cloud Build, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud CDN and Media CDN, Cloud DNS, and BigQuery support delivery, reliability, and analysis at scale. The system also uses human review and proprietary curriculum tuning to keep answers trustworthy in a high-stakes exam-preparation environment.

Data flow

Student questions arrive through text, voice, or screen-share channels, are processed by Gemini on Vertex AI through serverless Cloud Run services, stored and secured in Firestore and Cloud Storage, and are returned as adaptive explanations, quizzes, or spoken responses while analytics and delivery services monitor platform performance.

Solution architecture

12 components · 5 layers
  1. Ingest
    • Speech-to-Text API Lets students speak to the tutor using natural voice input.
  2. Compute
    • Vertex AI Hosts the AI capabilities that power KSN Education's tutoring workflows.
    • Gemini Generates personalized explanations, quizzes, and step-by-step solutions for students.
    • Cloud Run Executes the tutoring platform as serverless microservices with no idle infrastructure cost.
  3. Storage
    • Firestore Stores sensitive student data with built-in security controls.
    • Cloud Storage Provides storage for the application and tutoring content.
    • BigQuery Supports analytics across the tutoring platform.
  4. Serving
    • Text-to-Speech AI Returns spoken responses to support different learning styles.
    • Cloud Load Balancing Distributes traffic across the production environment.
    • Cloud CDN and Media CDN Accelerate content delivery for distributed learners.
    • Cloud DNS Supports platform routing and endpoint management.
  5. Orchestration

Architecture clues

  • A human-in-the-loop review cycle is used to maintain content accuracy.
  • Speech and voice response are native parts of the tutoring experience.
  • The next growth step is expanding to more exams and Indian-language interfaces.
  • The platform is fully serverless and relies on microservices for AI logic, persistence, and delivery.

Scoring methodology

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value100/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact25/25
    2 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence79%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability21/25
10 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
  • Direct evidence20/20
    5 direct source quotes retained.
  • Date provenance0/10
The publication date has no documented provenance.
  • Source transparency8/10
1 source reference document publisher, URL, authority, retrieval, and supported fields.
  • Implementation specificity10/10
Rewards source-backed components, data flow, quantified impact, and a specific outcome.
