Loopit

Loopit needed to remove the programming barrier that kept most users from becoming creators, so it could turn idea descriptions into playable mini apps quickly enough to drive creativity, remixing, and user engagement at scale.

Merely two months after its launch, the Loopit app reached more than one million downloads.
With Gemini Flash, a light mini app can be completed in one to two minutes.
a functional mini app will be delivered within one to five minutes

Solution

Loopit built its content-creation agent on Google Cloud so users can generate interactive mini apps, games, memes, and digital toys without writing code. The experience is driven by the Gemini API and Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, which together handle user conversation, tool calling, code generation, and material creation for one-to-five-minute build cycles. Gemini 3.0 Pro delivered the quality and aesthetic control Loopit needed during evaluation, while the production platform later split workloads between Gemini 3 Pro and Gemini 3 Flash so simpler builds can complete in one to two minutes and more complex requests still have enough model depth. Multimodal support lets creators use photos and videos as references, and the agent remains flexible instead of forcing everyone through a fixed workflow. This architecture lowers the technical barrier to creation, encourages remix culture, and gives Loopit a scalable foundation for fast-growing interactive content.

Data flow

Users describe an idea or provide photos and videos as references, Loopit's Gemini-powered agent turns that intent into code and assets through the Gemini API and agent platform, and the resulting mini app is returned in minutes so users can play, remix, and share it immediately.

Solution architecture

5 components · 2 layers
  1. Compute
    • Gemini API Handles the core agentic content-creation workflow from user intent to generated mini app.
    • Gemini 3.0 Pro Supplied the strongest creative coding and aesthetic output in Loopit's model evaluation.
    • Gemini 3 Pro Handles more complex app-building requests on the production platform.
    • Gemini 3 Flash Handles lighter-weight interactive app builds with faster completion times.
  2. Orchestration
    • Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform Coordinates user communication, coding, tool calling, and material generation for the platform.

Architecture clues

  • Cost and service optimization were important enough that the platform was tuned with partner help.
  • Loopit's agent is intentionally not constrained to a single fixed workflow.
  • Multimodal references are part of the content-creation interface.
  • The platform splits agent workloads between Gemini 3 Pro and Gemini 3 Flash.

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value75/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact0/25
    0 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence77%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability21/25
10 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
  • Direct evidence20/20
    5 direct source quotes retained.
  • Date provenance0/10
The publication date has no documented provenance.
  • Source transparency8/10
1 source reference document publisher, URL, authority, retrieval, and supported fields.
  • Implementation specificity8/10
Rewards source-backed components, data flow, quantified impact, and a specific outcome.
