Solution
Fengtu Technology used Huawei Cloud FunctionGraph to build a serverless inference platform for transport safety and vehicle-quality inspection workloads. The platform turns model execution into event-driven functions that automatically scale GPU-backed instances with request concurrency, so the team can run inference and device self-check logic without managing fixed clusters. For commercial-vehicle safety, Fengtu combines driving-assistance hardware, a transport supervision platform, 24/7 operations support, and a cloud safety platform for risk prediction, real-time intervention, investigation reporting, and alarm workflows. Its DMS fatigue-detection pipeline uses cloud compensation and alert cleaning to detect fatigue, distraction, smoking, phone use, and camera occlusion, while a lightweight ResNet classifier checks camera status. Image-heavy self-test steps run inside FunctionGraph using fractional GPU allocation and built-in monitoring logs.
Data flow
Images and driving-event inputs are routed into FunctionGraph, where GPU-backed functions run inference and self-check steps on demand. Detection outputs flow into the safety cloud platform, which cleans alerts, triggers alarms, supports investigations, and feeds risk-intervention workflows for commercial-vehicle operators.
