The system ingests massive datasets from direct-to-consumer operations and Standard Operating Procedure documentation, enabling Copilot agents to process and analyze information at unprecedented scale. Microsoft 365 Copilot on Windows 11 provides AI capabilities directly in employee workflows, while agents built on Copilot+ PCs accelerate project timelines from a year to a day. Microsoft Intune ensures consistent device deployment and management across global locations with unified security and compliance controls. The solution enables employees to build custom agents rapidly through a low-complexity interface, creating reusable automation across finance, HR, and operations.
Data flow
Employee workloads and datasets flow through Copilot-enabled Windows 11 systems. When employees interact with Microsoft 365 Copilot, it processes queries against internal data sources such as audit documents, operational procedures, and benefit information, returning analyzed results and insights. Copilot agents built on the Copilot platform aggregate data from multiple business systems, automatically generating reports and classifications. Microsoft Intune ensures consistent data management and security across all devices. Future integration will route queries through the Rivet multi-agent orchestrator in Microsoft Teams.
