Solution
Orbital Witness used Azure OpenAI Service, Azure App Service, Azure AI Vision to move core workloads off legacy infrastructure and into a more scalable Azure operating model. Application, integration, and data services were rehosted or re-platformed so teams could standardize deployment, improve resilience, and create a foundation for newer analytics or AI capabilities. It also connects with surrounding systems such as Microsoft Word, Property listings and agency feeds, which lets the new Azure-based workflow fit into existing operations rather than standing apart from them. It helps law firms by providing them with an easy-to-use AI assistant that mimics their existing legal workflows.
Data flow
Content and operational context are prepared in the application data layer, passed to Azure OpenAI for generation or extraction, stored in Azure storage services, and returned through Azure App Service to employees or customers with grounded responses.
