Solution

Zafin runs its SaaS product and pricing platform on Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services so banks can modernize product innovation without first ripping out decades-old core systems. Zafin Studio sits as a layer above deposit, loan, insurance, and card cores, while Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Teams supply the cloud foundation and financial-services workflows that the platform relies on. Microsoft Fabric and GenAI capabilities are being used to distill market and performance information into the Product and Pricing Index, giving product managers clearer inputs for proposition design and ROI modeling. This architecture separates slow-moving incumbent cores from a more agile pricing and product layer, allowing banks to bundle offerings and bring new propositions to market faster. For Zafin, the Microsoft stack also aligns its SaaS delivery model with the cloud strategies of tier-one and tier-two banks.

Data flow

Product and pricing data from legacy banking cores is abstracted through Zafin Studio, enriched with market and performance information through Microsoft Fabric and GenAI capabilities, and then surfaced back to product managers for proposition and ROI design.
