Solution
Tractian built a physical AI factory on NVIDIA’s stack to ingest machine telemetry, train multimodal models, and serve specialized maintenance agents at production scale. Its 4-in-1 sensors capture vibration, temperature, ultrasound, and RPM data from 200,000 machines, while NVIDIA CUDA-X libraries such as cuFFT accelerate the low-level signal processing that converts waveforms into anomaly indicators. The company trains multimodal models on 3.5 billion sensor samples across NVIDIA GB300 NVL72, H200, and H100 systems with NCCL, prototypes new models on NVIDIA DGX Spark, and then scales them to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure bare-metal GPU clusters orchestrated with Kubernetes. In production, NVIDIA TensorRT and NVIDIA Dynamo run 50 specialized agents for failure detection, severity classification, root cause analysis, repair guidance, and energy optimization across 500 GPUs.
Data flow
Tractian sensors stream machine signals into CUDA-X and cuFFT pipelines, multimodal models trained on large GPU clusters classify failures and root causes, TensorRT-optimized agents serve recommendations through Dynamo-managed deployments, and technicians receive natural-language maintenance guidance in real time.
