Bombardier

Sales Automation

Bombardier's 50-person sales team had to manually assemble aircraft, event, flight, mission, wealth, and competitive data from disconnected systems, making it hard to spot ready-to-buy customers across sales cycles that could range from 72 hours to more than 15 years.

Solution

Bombardier worked with Salesforce Professional Services to build a unified sales intelligence environment that turns fragmented buyer signals into actionable guidance for its luxury aircraft sellers. Data Cloud combines Bombardier's native customer records with wealth signals, firmographics, event activity, fleet data, and other market context into real-time profiles that sales directors can use to understand buyers and leads. MuleSoft connects Sales Cloud to those external sources, while CRM Analytics and Sales Cloud dashboards give leadership a live view of every deal instead of waiting for meetings and spreadsheets. On top of that data layer, Einstein AI prioritizes accounts using buying signals and engagement patterns, then helps reps update records, recommend next steps, and personalize outreach so more time is spent on conversations and less on manual CRM work.

Data flow

Aircraft, event, flight, mission, wealth, and other market signals are connected through MuleSoft and unified in Data Cloud. CRM Analytics and Sales Cloud expose those profiles to sellers, while Einstein AI evaluates engagement patterns and buying signals to prioritize leads and recommend next actions.
