Solution
Tencent Cloud built the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Integrated Media Platform as a province-wide 'news + government + service' stack. Cloud computing, big data, 4K workflows, and AI are combined so content can be collected, produced, reviewed, distributed, and monitored on one platform instead of across siloed local systems. Media AI performs intelligent recognition, smart editing, automated review, and video quality inspection to raise production efficiency while keeping content-safety controls in place. A microservice-based data middle platform aggregates public-opinion signals and user-profile data for recommendation and decision support. Underneath, Cloud Server, Object Storage, File Storage, and Load Balancer provide elastic compute, shared storage, and traffic distribution for county and provincial media workloads. The platform therefore supports multi-channel aggregation, intelligent audio/video processing, multi-platform publishing, and province-wide collaboration.
Data flow
Content from regional media organizations is aggregated into the integrated platform, where Media AI handles recognition, editing, review, and video quality inspection before publication. The microservice-based data middle platform combines content, public-opinion, and user-profile data to power recommendation and analysis, while Cloud Server, storage services, and Load Balancer support multi-platform delivery across the province.
