Solution

For Honor of Kings, TiMi Studio Group built an AI-driven voice stack on Tencent Games GVoice so voice becomes part of gameplay rather than a side utility. GVoice supplies the real-time voice transport across regions and device types, while the service layer combines Team Voice, Multi-room System, Voice Message, and Speech-to-text capabilities with newer AI functions. In AI Commander Mode, players speak through standard voice chat, AI Teammates interpret commands and execute in-game actions, and the Intelligent Gameplay Companion analyzes live games and statistics to surface tactical tips during play. Magic Voice adds seven real-time voice effects for more expressive communication, and Tencent's global node network keeps latency and stability consistent at massive scale. The resulting architecture ties voice capture, recognition, AI decision support, and response delivery directly into live 5v5 match flow.

Data flow

Players speak through GVoice during live matches; speech-to-text and AI logic interpret commands, AI Teammates execute supported actions in AI Commander Mode, the Intelligent Gameplay Companion analyzes live game data to return guidance, and Magic Voice can transform outgoing voice effects before audio and gameplay responses reach the team.
