Solution
Towngas Energy and Tencent Cloud built a smart-energy ecosystem platform for industrial parks and zero-carbon operations. At the front end, a digital-twin cockpit visualizes park activity and uses simulated and sensed data to monitor electricity, gas, steam, water, coal, and oil usage in one screen. Beneath that, Tencent Cloud's Smart Energy Workshop, IoT platform, and Carbon Engine provide data ingestion, device management, API access, carbon accounting, and drag-and-drop calculation tools. The platform connects photovoltaic, storage, charging, cooling, and broader energy-management applications so operators can analyze consumption, efficiency, warnings, and emissions across multiple sites. Forecasting modules support supply, demand, cost, energy trading, and carbon trading optimization. By standardizing the data layer and application assembly model, Towngas can expand the platform as more users, devices, and low-carbon services come online.
Data flow
Energy devices and park systems feed data into the IoT platform, where the smart-energy platform aggregates it for digital-twin views, monitoring, alerts, energy-efficiency analysis, forecasting, and carbon accounting before results are exposed to operators through the cockpit and related applications.
