Solution

Lendlease Digital partnered with Accenture to bring Podium Property Insights for Workplace (PPI) to market as a cloud-based software service for connected buildings. The platform aggregates data captured throughout a building and combines digital twins, analytics, and AI to generate real-time dashboards and reports for workplace managers. Those outputs help customers understand how space is being used and predict near-term demand so they can adjust cleaning schedules, kitchen supplies, front- and back-office staffing, and longer-term leasing plans. The design focuses on turning building telemetry into an operating product rather than a static reporting layer, with AI supporting attendance prediction and dynamic workplace management. By packaging the service as part of the Podium Suite, Lendlease created a reusable insights platform that helps customers run more intelligent workplaces, improve employee experience, and align occupancy decisions with sustainability and cost goals.

Data flow

Building data is aggregated into PPI, where digital-twin and AI analytics generate real-time dashboards and predictions. Workplace managers then use those outputs to plan staffing, supplies, cleaning, and longer-term space decisions based on expected occupancy and usage patterns.
