Business outcome
Alibaba Cloud gave Gaoxinxing Robot a more stable and scalable operating base for inspection robots. The company can centralize robot data and anomaly analysis, support human-machine collaborative patrols through cloud workflows, and lower the cost and complexity of scaling robot services across parks, factories, data centers, and public-safety sites instead of relying on isolated, failure-prone local servers.

Solution
Gaoxinxing Robot partnered with Alibaba Cloud to build a cloud-edge-end platform for AI patrol and inspection robots instead of continuing to run robot back ends on fragile traditional servers. On the device side, the company's robots combine low-speed autonomous driving, multimodal perception, video capture, and self-developed control software to inspect public-safety, energy, industrial, and property environments. The third-generation RCC core controller packages power, communication, control, and robot OS capabilities on the robot, while edge computing handles real-time perception close to the scene. Cloud-side services then handle robot data storage, anomaly analysis, mission scheduling, visualization, and fleet-wide information exchange so multiple robot types can be managed as one platform instead of isolated installations. On top of that base, the company is building DingTalk-based SaaS workflows for fire inspection and human-machine collaboration.
Data flow
Robot, sensor, and video signals are processed at the edge for perception and control, then synchronized to the cloud-edge-end platform for storage, anomaly analysis, visualization, and fleet management. Operators review alerts and coordinate human-machine inspection work through DingTalk-based SaaS workflows backed by the same cloud platform.
