Solution
TOPSPORTS used Alibaba Cloud AgentCore as the operating base for enterprise agent delivery and governance. At the bottom of the stack, the company organizes knowledge, business data, MCP connectors, and API tools as reusable resources rather than rebuilding them for each workflow. Above that resource layer, reusable skills package common tasks such as product lookup, inventory lookup, member segmentation, and anomaly attribution. Specialized agents for operations, merchandise, coaching, membership, and marketing are then assembled into teams around shared business goals. Employees interact through the TOPSPORTS AI Assistant, while a Team Leader decomposes requests, routes work to the right agents, and merges results. AgentCore provides asset management plus workspace, team, role, and credential controls, and AgentLoop adds usage observation, token tracking, trace analysis, evaluation, and iterative optimization across the full agent lifecycle.
Data flow
Knowledge assets, business data, MCP connectors, and API tools are exposed as reusable resources and wrapped into skills inside AgentCore. A user submits a request to the TOPSPORTS AI Assistant, the Team Leader decomposes it, specialist agents invoke the needed skills and tools, and the combined result is returned to the user. AgentLoop records usage, traces, and evaluation feedback so the workflow can be governed and improved.
