Solution
Yingzhicheng rebuilt its electronics industry platform around Alibaba's cloud and DingTalk ecosystem so supply, manufacturing, and delivery data could move through one digital chain. The company uses MaxCompute for industrial-scale data processing and pairs it with dedicated DingTalk as the unified operating entry point for upstream and downstream enterprises. Connectors synchronize ERP, MES, PLM, and SRM data, while cloud-native K8s, microservices, distributed technology, and service mesh underpin SaaS-style CRM, BOSS, ERP, and MES services. On top of that foundation, Yingzhicheng applies BOM algorithms, machine learning, NLP, and industry models to power intelligent quotation, cost optimization, supply-demand matching, PCBA delivery, and full production-lifecycle transparency. ACR-based image sharing lets the team roll out region-wide updates quickly, so factories can run cloud MES or private deployments with the same digital workflow and AI-driven planning logic.
Data flow
BOM, procurement, production, and fulfillment data flows from upstream and downstream systems through DingTalk connectors into the cloud platform, where MaxCompute and Yingzhicheng's industry models process the data for quotation, recommendation, and manufacturing decisions. Those decisions are then executed through K8s-hosted ERP and MES services, while factory and logistics status is fed back into the same platform for real-time lifecycle visibility.
