Zhenyun Technology (甄云科技)

Customer Service Automation · Enterprise Knowledge Search

Zhenyun Technology needed to reduce the friction of procurement support inside its SRM platform. Users had to dig through documents for purchasing information, repetitive questions still consumed human service teams, many issues arrived outside business hours, and procurement knowledge was hard to preserve and reuse during onboarding and day-to-day operations.

Reported impact

Business outcome

Zhenyun improved procurement collaboration and system usability without scaling its support headcount linearly. The AI assistant gives users immediate answers, reduces repetitive manual support work, lowers onboarding and knowledge-transfer costs, and lets procurement staff focus more on higher-value tasks instead of repeatedly handling the same questions.

Solution

Zhenyun Technology embedded Alibaba Cloud's intelligent dialogue robot into its procurement digital-management platform so buyer and supplier questions could be answered inside the SRM workflow rather than through manuals or human support queues. The implementation starts with a dedicated procurement knowledge base built on business documents and process information, giving users one place to retrieve policy, order, and system knowledge. The dialogue robot is then integrated with the document and order system so users can ask questions conversationally while working, and the assistant can map requests to the relevant procurement context instead of returning generic FAQ snippets. Because the platform is always online, the architecture supports 7x24 automated consultation, lower training burden for new users, and future transaction-assistant workflows for repetitive low-value procurement tasks. This turns the bot from a standalone help feature into an in-workflow procurement copilot.

Data flow

Procurement documents and process information are indexed into a dedicated knowledge base, then exposed through an intelligent dialogue robot embedded inside the SRM workflow. User questions are interpreted against the current procurement context and answered in the platform, with the same foundation supporting future transaction-assistant automation.

Solution architecture

3 components · 2 layers
  1. Storage
    • dedicated knowledge base Stores procurement documents and process knowledge so users can retrieve accurate answers quickly.
  2. Serving
    • intelligent dialogue robot Provides always-on conversational support for procurement questions inside the SRM platform.
    • procurement intelligent assistant Connects the dialogue robot and knowledge base to procurement document and workflow context in the SRM system.

Architecture clues

  • A dedicated procurement knowledge base underpins the dialogue robot so answers can be tied to business context.
  • The assistant is integrated into procurement documents and SRM workflows rather than operating as a separate help portal.
  • The same architecture is intended to expand from FAQ automation into transaction-assistant workflows for repetitive procurement work.

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value75/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact0/25
    0 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence91%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability23/25
