Namirial

Document Processing

Namirial wanted to add generative AI to its digital-signing workflows without taking on the complexity of building, training, and maintaining its own AI models, while still preserving GDPR compliance and customer-data privacy.

Solution

Namirial added generative AI to its eSignAnywhere platform by building document summarization and question-answering capabilities on Amazon Bedrock rather than training and operating its own models. Contract content from eSignAnywhere is sent to Bedrock, which powers a summarization feature for documents awaiting signature and an Intelligent Assistant that answers user questions about document content in near real time. Because Bedrock exposes multiple foundation models behind consistent APIs, Namirial could prototype quickly, compare models with minimal code changes, and move features into preview within weeks. The deployment stays within the AWS Europe (Ireland) Region and avoids using customer data for model training or fine-tuning, helping the company meet GDPR obligations while improving signing speed, comprehension, and engineering productivity.

Data flow

Documents in eSignAnywhere are sent to Amazon Bedrock, which generates summaries for contracts awaiting signature and answers near-real-time questions about document content before returning the results to end users inside the signing workflow.

Scoring methodology

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value100/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact25/25
    2 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence90%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability23/25
11 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
  • Direct evidence20/20
    6 direct source quotes retained.
  • Date provenance8/10
The publication date comes from publisher-controlled metadata.
  • Source transparency9/10
2 source references document publisher, URL, authority, retrieval, and supported fields.
  • Implementation specificity10/10
Rewards source-backed components, data flow, quantified impact, and a specific outcome.
