Solution

The Mill Adventure built a serverless B2B iGaming platform on AWS to combine compliance, operations, personalization, and analytics in one environment. AWS Lambda and Amazon DynamoDB form the event-driven core of the platform, while Amazon Kinesis Data Streams publishes changes so other components can react to user and operational events. Customer and gameplay data is stored in Amazon S3, queried with Amazon Athena, surfaced through Amazon QuickSight for business intelligence, and used by Amazon Personalize to tailor player experiences. AWS CloudFormation supports rapid updates and controlled rollout of compliance features across jurisdictions. This architecture lets The Mill Adventure adapt to regulatory changes quickly, onboard clients in weeks instead of months, and give operators the data and personalization tools needed to grow responsibly.

Data flow

Player and operational events are processed by AWS Lambda and stored in Amazon DynamoDB, changes are published through Amazon Kinesis Data Streams, analytical data is stored in Amazon S3 and queried with Amazon Athena and Amazon QuickSight, and Amazon Personalize uses the data to tailor player experiences.
