Solution
Baidu AI Cloud helped Geely build the '1+6+N' hybrid cloud platform as the base layer for group-wide digital transformation. The architecture combines one hybrid cloud made up of public cloud and Baidu private cloud, then adds six standardized capability domains: cloud infrastructure, cloud architecture, security operations, DevOps, business-middle-platform services, and data services. On top of those shared services, the platform supports N global business scenarios by moving legacy workloads to the cloud, putting enterprise data into lake-style services, and creating an AI-capable base for manufacturing, connected-vehicle, intelligent-driving, marketing, and R&D use cases. The same foundation also underpins Geely's in-cabin large-model rollout, where the vehicle can understand driver and passenger intent, trigger cockpit functions, and initiate natural dialogue. The implementation therefore joins cloud modernization, data unification, and model-powered user experiences into one governed operating platform for the wider Geely ecosystem.
Data flow
Manufacturing, R&D, connected-car, and business data are consolidated into Geely's hybrid-cloud and data-service stack, shared platform capabilities support cloud-native business applications and data-lake workflows, and the resulting model services power downstream experiences such as intelligent cockpit dialogue in customer vehicles.
