Solution

Demandbase expanded its account-based advertising platform on Google Cloud by combining BigQuery with generative creative and embedded analytics. BigQuery serves as the warehouse for AI and reporting workloads across the DSP. On top of that data layer, the company built a Creative Suite with Gemini 2.5, Imagen 3, and Gemini platform so B2B advertisers can generate personalized assets in minutes or seconds instead of months of manual production. JourneyIQ automates full-funnel optimization by adjusting targeting, creative, and budgets based on an account's real-time stage. For measurement, Looker Embedded Analytics and Looker's semantic model are integrated with Gemini so customers can ask natural-language questions about spend, performance, and ROI inside the product. The architecture ties data warehousing, content generation, optimization, and conversational analytics into one advertiser-facing system.

Data flow

Advertiser and campaign data lands in BigQuery, where JourneyIQ and other platform services use it to optimize budgets, targeting, and creative. Gemini 2.5 and Imagen 3 generate campaign assets, while Looker Embedded Analytics and Gemini expose campaign results and ROI in a natural-language interface inside the DSP.

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value95/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth20/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact25/25
    2 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence79%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability21/25
10 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
  • Direct evidence20/20
    5 direct source quotes retained.
  • Date provenance0/10
The publication date has no documented provenance.
  • Source transparency8/10
1 source reference document publisher, URL, authority, retrieval, and supported fields.
  • Implementation specificity10/10
Rewards source-backed components, data flow, quantified impact, and a specific outcome.
