Solution

Growth Protocol built its Enterprise Reasoning Platform on Google Cloud by combining BigQuery, Cloud Run, Gemini platform, and Gemini with its own neuro-symbolic reasoning layer and Elastic search. BigQuery and GKE-scale data pipelines handle the large industrial and insurance datasets behind the service, while Gemini platform and Model Garden provide the managed model environment used to productionize internal models and interpret user intent. Gemini’s enterprise security posture and zero-data-retention controls were essential because the company works with regulated customers that cannot allow private information into model-training loops. Cloud Run helps package the reasoning service into scalable application workflows. This combination let Growth Protocol grow quickly while keeping the platform deterministic enough to return clear executive recommendations and flexible enough to deploy frontier reasoning capabilities without repeated re-platforming.

Data flow

Enterprise data is processed through BigQuery-backed pipelines, then Growth Protocol's reasoning service on Cloud Run and Gemini platform interprets user intent, applies neuro-symbolic logic, and returns deterministic recommendations without using customer data for model training.

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value81/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth20/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity16/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact15/25
    1 metric describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence82%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability23/25
11 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
