Solution

Leaseo rebuilt its property-management platform around Google Cloud so data, conversational AI, and operational analytics could share a single elastic foundation. Cloud Storage synchronizes operational data that is processed in real time with BigQuery and Cloud Spanner, while Google Kubernetes Engine provides burst-ready scalability for core application services. On top of that data layer, Leaseo uses Vertex AI, Gemini 2.5 Flash, Gemini Live API, Gemini 3 Pro, and Google Enterprise CX to power AI Assist chatbot experiences, call summarization, conversational processing, translation, image enrichment from issues such as leaking taps, and service evaluation analytics. Looker Studio gives the business visibility into customer offerings and telemetry. The result is an infrastructure that supports low-latency AI interactions, real-time property workflows, and a future-proof foundation for the company’s next decade of product growth.

Data flow

Operational data is synchronized into Cloud Storage and then processed through BigQuery and Cloud Spanner. Leaseo's conversational and multimodal requests flow through Vertex AI and Gemini services, while results feed back into property-management workflows and are observed in Looker Studio dashboards.

Scoring methodology

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value95/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth20/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact25/25
    2 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence84%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability25/25
12 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
  • Direct evidence20/20
    5 direct source quotes retained.
  • Date provenance0/10
The publication date has no documented provenance.
  • Source transparency9/10
3 source references document publisher, URL, authority, retrieval, and supported fields.
  • Implementation specificity10/10
Rewards source-backed components, data flow, quantified impact, and a specific outcome.
