Sourcy

Supply Chain Optimization

Sourcy needed to turn rough buyer requests into manufacturable product specifications and supplier quotes quickly, but traditional product-development handoffs depended on slow manual coordination that was difficult to scale across languages and suppliers.

Solution

Sourcy built a multi-agent prompt-to-product platform on Google Cloud so consumer brands can turn rough product ideas into supplier-ready specifications in seconds instead of hours. The system uses Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform to orchestrate specialized agents for customer activation, specification building, supplier discovery, supplier engagement, and quote preparation. Through the Gemini API, Sourcy routes high-volume work to lighter models and complex reasoning to Gemini Pro while keeping AI costs low at large token volumes. Cloud Run hosts the company's expanding set of containerized services, while Cloud SQL, Firestore, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Document AI, Speech-to-Text, App Engine, Google AI Studio, and Compute Engine support the surrounding data and processing stack. The result is a multilingual sourcing platform that compresses idea-to-factory workflows and builds a reusable sourcing-intelligence layer from supplier and quotation data.

Data flow

Buyer descriptions, documents, and spoken inputs enter Sourcy through multimodal ingestion services, flow through Gemini-orchestrated agents for specification building, supplier discovery, and quote preparation, run on Cloud Run-hosted services, and persist supplier and quotation outputs in operational stores and BigQuery for future sourcing reuse.

Scoring methodology

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value90/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact15/25
    1 metric describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence79%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability21/25
10 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
  • Direct evidence20/20
    5 direct source quotes retained.
  • Date provenance0/10
The publication date has no documented provenance.
  • Source transparency8/10
1 source reference document publisher, URL, authority, retrieval, and supported fields.
  • Implementation specificity10/10
Rewards source-backed components, data flow, quantified impact, and a specific outcome.
