Solution

Leishen Intelligence worked with Huawei Cloud to industrialize 3D SLAM forklift and AGV solutions for warehouse logistics. On the edge and control side, Huawei Atlas acts as the core compute unit running Leishen's 3D SLAM lidar navigation, motion-control, pallet-recognition, and 3D protection algorithms so forklifts can steer, brake, load, and unload autonomously. A Huawei cloud scheduling layer then coordinates multiple vehicle types, assigning jobs and planning routes in real time across shared maps. ECS adds centralized data processing and remote management so the company can move beyond isolated edge devices and build reusable intelligent management systems around the vehicles. Additional integration through LDM and information platforms exposes standard APIs to WMS, WCS, FMS, and smart location-monitoring systems. The overall design links on-vehicle perception and control with cloud dispatch and enterprise software for multi-vehicle autonomous logistics.

Data flow

Atlas-based vehicles capture lidar and task data on the forklift, where 3D SLAM and control algorithms generate local decisions. Task state and fleet data are then sent to the cloud scheduling system and ECS-backed services, which coordinate routes and expose results to warehouse-management platforms.
