Business outcome
Vodafone reduced time-to-insight for infrastructure issues, gave engineers dynamic access to metrics and documentation without custom dashboards, and created a modular agent architecture that can expand to new domains and data sources.

Solution
Vodafone built two internal assistants on Google Cloud for engineering and operations teams across its data centers. Insight Engine uses LangGraph to route natural-language questions into an NL2SQL workflow that queries monitoring and inventory systems, then hands results to downstream chains that generate charts and other visualizations. Enigma uses LangChain document loaders, model abstractions, and a multi-vector DB to ingest HLDs, blueprints, RFPs, and SharePoint content into RAG pipelines so engineers can retrieve grounded answers, design details, and contacts. LangGraph coordinates the modular agents, query-processing steps, and API integrations, letting Vodafone expand the system with data collection, processing, and report-generation modules while benchmarking different LLMs for each use case.
Data flow
An engineer submits a natural-language question, LangGraph classifies the intent, and either sends the request to Enigma for RAG over the multi-vector DB and SharePoint content or to Insight Engine for NL2SQL over monitoring and inventory systems before results are returned as summaries, tables, or charts.
