Solution

AXA is extending its internal AI workplace stack by pairing its existing Secure GPT service with Microsoft 365 Copilot for a global employee rollout. Secure GPT, launched earlier as an internal AI service, provides secure LLM access to AXA employees and business applications and serves as the group's controlled enterprise entry point for generative AI. AXA is now adding Microsoft 365 Copilot directly into Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word so employees can use AI assistance inside everyday communication, collaboration, and document workflows rather than through a separate standalone tool. The deployment is part of AXA's broader AI-at-scale program and is accompanied by AI upskilling, ethical competency building, and explicit human oversight for key decisions in a secured environment.

Data flow

AXA provides secure LLM access through its internal Secure GPT service for employees and business applications, then exposes Microsoft 365 Copilot inside Teams, Outlook, and Word so staff can use AI assistance within daily collaboration, email, and document workflows across the organization.

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value75/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact0/25
    0 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
