Super AI

Enterprise Knowledge Search · Sales Automation

Super AI needed to build a secure, hallucination-resistant RAG platform for a pharmaceutical client that could guide 15,000 field sales reps without exposing sensitive data or sacrificing response speed.

Super AI scaled to enterprise securely with a 16-engineer team.
The client needed to empower a 15,000-person sales team with intelligent, real-time guidance.
The client saw a 6% lift in sales conversions with sub-18ms latency.

Solution

Super AI built its proprietary Pharma Operating System on MongoDB Atlas and MongoDB Atlas Vector Search so structured application data, embeddings, and conversational memory could live on one platform. The system had to combine doctors’ private notes, clinical trial results, market feedback, territory data, and sales records into a conversational assistant that could answer field questions in real time while enforcing strict user-level security. By storing JSON application data, vector embeddings, conversation histories, and user preferences together in Atlas, Super AI avoided the fragmentation it would have introduced with a separate vector database. MongoDB Atlas Vector Search supports filtered RAG over the client's private corpus, while the broader Atlas document model acts as the unified memory store for agents. This lets Super AI ground sales guidance in the right evidence, preserve compliance controls, and deliver responsive answers from a lean engineering organization.

Data flow

Clinical notes, market feedback, sales records, user metadata, and conversation history are stored together in MongoDB Atlas; embeddings for that content are indexed with MongoDB Atlas Vector Search, filtered queries retrieve secure context for each user, and the assistant returns grounded sales guidance to field reps in real time.

Solution architecture

2 components · 2 layers
  1. Storage
    • MongoDB Atlas Stores Pharma Operating System application data, conversation history, user preferences, and security-relevant metadata in one JSON-native platform.
  2. Serving
    • MongoDB Atlas Vector Search Executes filtered semantic retrieval over private pharmaceutical content so responses remain grounded and secure.

Architecture clues

  • Embeddings from models such as Gemini and Claude are stored directly in Atlas.
  • Security is enforced at the user level to protect sensitive pharmaceutical data.
  • Super AI initially evaluated specialized vector databases such as Pinecone before consolidating on Atlas.
  • The platform uses Atlas as a unified memory database for conversations and user preferences.

Evidence from the source

The client saw a 6% lift in sales conversions with sub-18ms latency.
The system had to be immune to model hallucination in a highly regulated pharmaceutical setting.
“The database serves as a unified memory database for the AI agents.”
“We tried Pinecone, but we wanted the JSON capabilities. Our entire app stack is built on JSON.”

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value90/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact15/25
    1 metric describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence92%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability23/25
11 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
  • Direct evidence20/20
    4 direct source quotes retained.
  • Date provenance10/10
The publication date comes from the source page or publisher.
  • Source transparency9/10
2 source references document publisher, URL, authority, retrieval, and supported fields.
  • Implementation specificity10/10
Rewards source-backed components, data flow, quantified impact, and a specific outcome.
