Solution
NVIDIA built an internal AI factory to standardize how agentic AI is developed, deployed, and governed across the company. The platform runs on NVIDIA-Certified Systems using Blackwell-based HGX B200 infrastructure, RTX PRO Servers, Spectrum-X networking, and certified storage, with Run:ai managing GPU allocation and AI Enterprise, Nemotron models, NIM, NeMo, GPU Operator, and Network Operator providing the software control plane. A customized RAG blueprint connects the data layer to more than 1.1 billion internal documents so agents can reason over company knowledge while staying inside one security and compliance boundary. This lets hardware-design, software-engineering, and supply-chain agents share a common reference architecture rather than bespoke stacks. By turning isolated experiments into a repeatable AI factory, NVIDIA created a single enterprise platform for high-throughput deployment, benchmarking, governance, and cross-functional learning.
Data flow
Internal knowledge, engineering signals, and operational data are grounded through the customized RAG layer, consumed by agents running on the unified AI factory, and returned as hardware, software, and supply-chain decisions inside one governed enterprise platform.
