XPAI

Real-time Analytics

XPAI needed a privacy-preserving way to measure how people use and perceive physical spaces so brands and event operators could optimize offline experiences with real-time evidence instead of intuition.

Solution

XPAI built an edge-based measurement stack for physical spaces so brands and event teams could understand how visitors use and perceive offline experiences without exporting personally identifiable data. AVAI One Sensor captures millions of data points per second from rooms and installations, while a Jetson Orin-powered processing engine uses the DeepStream SDK and TensorRT to refine visitor data in real time. XPAI AI analyzes perception and engagement signals, and the XPAI Heartbeat analytics layer turns them into live dashboards and feedback loops. Because the platform establishes a baseline for each environment and returns results instantly, operators can run A/B tests on music, lighting, or product placement and see how audiences respond while the experience is still underway. A GDPR-compliant architecture keeps only anonymized data leaving the system.

Data flow

AVAI One Sensor captures room activity, Jetson Orin processes the signals with DeepStream and TensorRT, XPAI AI derives perception and engagement measures, and XPAI Heartbeat returns real-time insights for operators to adjust the physical experience.

Solution architecture

6 components · 3 layers
  1. Ingest
    • AVAI One Sensor Captures physical-space signals and raw audience data for the measurement platform.
  2. Compute
    • XPAI AI Processes engagement and perception data so operators can understand how audiences respond to physical experiences.
    • NVIDIA Jetson Orin Runs the edge processing engine close to the sensor data source.
  3. Serving
    • XPAI Heartbeat Serves real-time analytics and experience insights to operators.
    • NVIDIA DeepStream SDK Accelerates the processing pipeline for large streams of visitor and environment data.
    • NVIDIA TensorRT Optimizes the AI processing engine for faster real-time inference.

Architecture clues

  • Only anonymized data leaves the GDPR-compliant core
  • The stack combines edge sensing, AI processing, and analytics serving in three distinct components
  • The system establishes a baseline for each experience and returns instant feedback when physical features change

Scoring methodology

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value71/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity16/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact0/25
    0 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence90%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability23/25
11 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
  • Direct evidence20/20
    4 direct source quotes retained.
  • Date provenance10/10
The publication date comes from the source page or publisher.
  • Source transparency9/10
2 source references document publisher, URL, authority, retrieval, and supported fields.
  • Implementation specificity8/10
Rewards source-backed components, data flow, quantified impact, and a specific outcome.
