Solution

Genspark pivoted from AI search into agentic execution by launching Super Agent, a no-code assistant that can make phone calls, assemble decks, create videos, and automate other real-world tasks. Under the hood, the platform orchestrates nine specialized language models and more than 80 tools, with OpenAI models at the center. GPT-4.1 handles research and structured outputs across very long contexts, GPT-image-1 generates visuals, and the OpenAI Realtime API powers Call For Me, a voice experience that can conduct live conversations with people. A dual-layer voice architecture combines the Realtime API for live dialogue with a shadow model that monitors and guides the interaction through queues, allowing the system to handle ambiguity, hold music, and real-time back-and-forth. Users never see that complexity; they simply request an outcome in natural language and the agent executes the workflow. This architecture, plus close collaboration with OpenAI’s startup team, let a 20-person company scale to remarkable ARR without paid marketing.

Data flow

A user prompt enters Super Agent, which routes research, document generation, image creation, or phone calls to the appropriate OpenAI-backed components. For voice calls, the Realtime API manages live dialogue while a shadow model monitors and guides the interaction before the final artifact or completed task is returned to the user.

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value96/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity16/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact25/25
    2 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence89%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability21/25
10 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
  • Direct evidence20/20
    4 direct source quotes retained.
  • Date provenance10/10
The publication date comes from the source page or publisher.
  • Source transparency8/10
1 source reference document publisher, URL, authority, retrieval, and supported fields.
  • Implementation specificity10/10
Rewards source-backed components, data flow, quantified impact, and a specific outcome.
