Solution

Demandbase adopted Momentum from Salesforce as an AI layer on top of its revenue operations stack to turn every customer-facing conversation into structured data and shared context. Momentum records and scrapes Zoom calls, extracts the information that matters, and syncs it back into Sales Cloud in near real time so reps no longer have to type meeting notes or update deal fields by hand. Its models analyze conversations for churn indicators, upsell signals, and other account risks or opportunities, helping Demandbase react before issues escalate. Slack and Sales Cloud are then linked through dedicated Account Rooms that consolidate account details, alerts, and opportunities for cross-functional teams. Momentum also generates executive briefs that summarize themes across hundreds of weekly calls, replacing manual analyst curation with AI-driven insight for leadership.

Data flow

Customer conversations in Zoom are captured by Momentum from Salesforce, which extracts insights and syncs them into Sales Cloud. Risks, upsell signals, and leadership summaries are then distributed through Slack Account Rooms so sales and product teams can act on the same account context.
