Unity Environmental University

Customer Service Automation

Unity Environmental University wanted to keep scaling enrollment and student support, but slow inquiry responses, fragmented records across legacy systems and PDFs, and manual advising tasks made it hard to serve more students without adding staff and cost.

Solution

Unity Environmental University is combining a centralized Salesforce student information system with Data Cloud and Agentforce to give prospective and current students always-on support across recruitment, advising, and registration. Data from CAMS, Donor Perfect, spreadsheets, and other systems is unified so recruiters and advisors no longer search disconnected records for program, transcript, tuition, or aid questions. Agentforce uses that data layer to answer natural-language questions, recommend programs, schedule info sessions, support multilingual enrollment, and eventually assist with class registration and career guidance using private university data plus public sources like LinkedIn. By shifting routine questions and admin tasks into the digital labor layer, staff can focus on deeper outreach while the university scales enrollment and speeds admissions decisions.

Data flow

Student and applicant data from CAMS, Donor Perfect, spreadsheets, and other systems is unified through Data Cloud into Salesforce, where Agentforce can answer questions, route students to the right program or advisor, and automate routine support steps from inquiry through registration.
