Solution

Liverpool and Accenture combined Value-Led Application Managed Services with AI-driven IT automation to stabilize and modernize retail operations at scale. The transformation aligned business goals, KPIs, and IT delivery under Accenture's Value-Led AMS framework so operations teams could manage application reliability with clearer business priorities. On top of that operating model, Liverpool deployed GenWizard, an AI-powered platform that applies predictive analytics and automation to IT delivery. GenWizard supports predictive maintenance, intelligent documentation, and code optimization, reducing manual operational work while improving issue prevention. The approach also strengthened alignment between business and IT, enabling Liverpool to prepare for peak events with a more resilient application stack across dozens of systems. Together, AMS governance and AI-assisted delivery turned IT into a more strategic engine for continuity and growth.

Data flow

Operational and application-support work is governed through the Value-Led AMS model, which links incidents and delivery priorities to business KPIs. GenWizard then uses predictive analytics and automation to improve maintenance, documentation, and code-level tasks, returning recommendations and execution support to Liverpool's IT teams so issues are prevented or resolved before they affect orders, sales events, and customer experiences.
