Solution

Longshine Group built its electricity-domain large model on Alibaba Cloud Bailian using Qwen as the foundation model and years of power- industry knowledge as tuning material. The implementation started with scenario-level validation, then moved into POC work and later iterative optimization over industry Q&A data, NL2SQL for data-questioning scenarios, plugin-side API enhancements, and multi-turn bill- interpretation prompts plus SFT data. That process produced not just a domain model but also customer-facing applications for electricity policy Q&A, bill interpretation, and data inquiry. In operation, Bailian handles fine-tuning, deployment, and evaluation, while the resulting electricity model orchestrates business strategies and supports more intelligent service experiences for utility and enterprise users. The design turns Longshine's accumulated sector corpus into a reusable energy-service intelligence layer rather than isolated prompt experiments.

Data flow

Longshine's electricity-domain corpora and scenario data are used in Bailian to tune Qwen for policy interpretation, bill analysis, and data question answering. Those model outputs are then served into energy-service applications that support utility and enterprise customers with domain-specific responses and workflow guidance.

Solution architecture

3 components · 3 layers
  1. Compute
    • Qwen Serves as the foundation model adapted into Longshine's electricity-industry large model.
  2. Serving
    • Electricity industry large model Delivers domain reasoning for policy Q&A, bill interpretation, and data-questioning services.
  3. Orchestration
    • Bailian Provides the fine-tuning, deployment, and evaluation environment for Longshine's electricity-domain model.

Architecture clues

  • Bailian is used as a full model lifecycle platform, not only a prompt console.
  • Longshine's electricity corpus is treated as the strategic asset that differentiates the model from a generic assistant.
  • The end solution combines a domain model with directly exposed energy-service applications.
  • The model was tuned iteratively across domain Q&A, NL2SQL, plugin-side API handling, and multi-turn bill-interpretation workflows.

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value100/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact25/25
    2 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence95%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
