Solution
Taikang built a group-wide knowledge and large-model application foundation with Baidu AI Cloud by combining Qianfan's model services, a financial Zhihui application platform, and Zhenzhi enterprise knowledge-management capabilities. The implementation ingests knowledge from nine office-system scenarios, automatically mines and parses it with large-model tooling, and reorganizes it by permissions, organizational structure, applications, and content type to form a group knowledge network. On top of that base, Taikang Life launched the 'AI Zhixun' training product, which uses knowledge-retrieval components and prompt templates to simulate realistic customer dialogues, score performance, and guide agents through an improvement loop. A separate Hui Operations assistant connects voice interaction, the operating knowledge base, and large-model Q&A so frontline staff can quickly answer questions that arise during insurance sales and servicing. Together, these pieces transform static knowledge repositories into interactive search, coaching, and service tools.
Data flow
Knowledge from nine office-system scenarios is mined, parsed, and organized into the Taikang knowledge platform by business role and permission. Employees retrieve grounded answers through enterprise search and conversational Q&A, while agent-training and operations-assistant workflows reuse the same knowledge and prompt components to simulate customer interactions, score outcomes, and answer frontline service questions.
