Solution
Navantia rolled out Microsoft 365 Copilot with Capgemini and Microsoft through a structured enterprise adoption program that moved beyond license distribution into governed, measurable daily use. The team created a Copilot community for communications and peer support, ran more than 40 role-based training sessions across three waves, and built a measurement framework around usage, productivity, satisfaction, and quality. Copilot was embedded into day-to-day work so employees could summarize information, generate content, and extract insights faster across their collaboration flows. The program also emphasized extensibility, connecting Copilot to tools such as SAP and SharePoint and using champion feedback to identify operational use cases. By combining adoption governance, measurement, and integrations, Navantia turned Copilot into a practical productivity layer rather than a one-off pilot, giving the organization a connected digital environment for knowledge work.
Data flow
Employees work in Microsoft 365 Copilot across role-based workflows, where content and context from enterprise tools such as SAP and SharePoint are used to summarize information, generate outputs, and support faster decisions.
