Solution
Kuakua Jingling built its digital-employee service on Huawei Cloud by combining microservices infrastructure, Huawei security controls, the Pangu large-model stack, and ModelArts. The application runs across more than 100 container nodes and serves government and enterprise workflows that require tenant isolation, high availability, and 24x7 task execution. At the model layer, the team uses Pangu capabilities from general understanding and generation through fine-tuning and scenario decision support so each digital employee can absorb private data, retain memory, and respond to domain-specific tasks. ModelArts provides the one-stop environment for data processing, model training, deployment, and management, shortening iteration cycles while letting the company retrain and publish role-specific assistants. Huawei Cloud's WAF, DDoS protection, encryption, and disaster-recovery tooling keep the SaaS platform secure and resilient while the models serve HR and service workflows.
Data flow
Government and enterprise data is isolated inside the multi-tenant SaaS platform, then processed and fine-tuned in ModelArts and the Pangu stack to build customer- and role-specific assistants. The resulting digital-employee models are served back through the microservices layer into 24x7 workflow and service interactions.
