Solution

Wipro built a set of customer-service accelerators on IBM watsonx.ai to automate and augment common contact-center tasks. The offering includes email-based self-service for routine queries, intelligent call routing based on early interactions, and real-time assistance to help agents resolve issues faster. Watsonx.ai serves as the generative AI and model-development layer, allowing subject matter experts to train, validate, tune and deploy models for different service scenarios. In Wipro’s architecture, inbound emails and calls are first classified by AI, low-complexity issues are automated where possible, and more nuanced interactions are passed to agents with additional context and guidance. This pattern reduces manual handling, lowers call transfers and helps contact-center operators improve both customer experience and operating efficiency while tailoring the solution to specific enterprise environments.

Data flow

Customer emails and calls are classified by watsonx.ai-powered models, which automate routine responses, route interactions to the right queues and provide agents with contextual assistance for more complex cases.

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value95/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact25/25
    4 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale5/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence84%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability21/25
10 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
  • Direct evidence15/20
    3 direct source quotes retained.
  • Date provenance10/10
The publication date comes from the source page or publisher.
  • Source transparency8/10
1 source reference document publisher, URL, authority, retrieval, and supported fields.
  • Implementation specificity10/10
Rewards source-backed components, data flow, quantified impact, and a specific outcome.
