Solution

Trusting Social built Agent Foundry on Azure to extend its long-running data science platform into a generative AI environment for personalized banking. The implementation starts with a data foundation that integrates Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics so operational data and warehouse insights can feed new applications quickly. On top of that stack, Azure Machine Learning and Azure OpenAI Service are used to build and train autonomous agents with Trusting Social's own models alongside models available on the Azure AI platform. The first agent, ALICE, uses this architecture to support onboarding, answer banking questions, and handle conversational cross-sales. Security is built in through strict data governance, Microsoft Sentinel for central logging, and WAF plus IDS/IPS controls for public-facing traffic, allowing the platform to satisfy bank-specific security settings without third-party add-ons.

Data flow

Trusting Social feeds operational and customer data through a foundation built on Azure Kubernetes Services, PostgreSQL, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics; Azure Machine Learning and Azure OpenAI Service then train and run autonomous agents such as ALICE, while Microsoft Sentinel and perimeter controls monitor public-facing interactions.

Solution architecture

7 components · 4 layers
  1. Compute
    • Azure Databricks Processes and prepares platform data so Trusting Social can build and scale AI-driven banking solutions.
    • Azure Machine Learning Builds and trains the autonomous banking agents with Trusting Social's own models and workflows.
    • Azure OpenAI Service Supplies the generative AI capability used to power conversational agents such as ALICE.
  2. Storage
    • Azure Database for PostgreSQL Stores application data that participates in the bank-facing generative AI platform and related digital journeys.
    • Azure Synapse Analytics Moves insights rapidly into the company's data warehouse for downstream banking and analytics use cases.
  3. Orchestration
    • Azure Kubernetes Services Provides the application layer that Trusting Social integrated into its data foundation so new AI solutions can be developed and deployed quickly.
  4. Governance
    • Microsoft Sentinel Provides secure central logging to support security monitoring and governance in financial-sector deployments.

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value100/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact25/25
    3 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence89%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability21/25
10 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
