MISA

Customer Service Automation · Document Processing · Sales Automation

MISA needed to move from expensive, externally hosted LLM APIs to a self-hosted Vietnamese AI stack that could protect sensitive data, reduce latency and operating cost, and support many concurrent public-service and enterprise automation workloads.

$200,000 in monthly cost savings
10–20 concurrent experiments per week versus one or two previously
2.5 million daily feature usages
8 NVIDIA DGX H200 systems with 64 NVIDIA H200 GPUs

Reported impact

Business outcome

MISA cut fine-tuning time by 4x, increased throughput from 1,200 to 4,500 TPS per model, saved about $200,000 per month, automated recruiting workflows in minutes with up to 90 percent HR time savings, and now uses the platform to support more than 450,000 organizations and over 1.1 million daily LLM requests.

Solution

MISA built an on-premises AI factory on NVIDIA infrastructure so it could own the full lifecycle of Vietnamese domain models and AI agents. The core cluster uses eight NVIDIA DGX H200 systems linked with NVIDIA Quantum InfiniBand networking, while NVIDIA A40 GPUs handle smaller specialized tasks such as eKYC and router LLMs. NVIDIA Run:ai virtualizes the cluster and enables fractional GPU sharing, which increased concurrent experimentation dramatically. On top of that hardware, MISA uses NVIDIA NeMo for domain-specific tuning, NVIDIA Dynamo and NVIDIA NIM for production-scale serving, and FP8 quantization to raise inference throughput for real-time agent interactions. The AI factory powers more than 50 prebuilt agents and hundreds of templates, including MISA AVA, MISA AMIS OneAI, Support, Mail, and Recruitment assistants, so accounting, tax, HR, sales, and public-administration workflows can run securely on self-hosted infrastructure instead of external APIs.

Data flow

Business and public-service data enter MISA’s self-hosted AI factory, DGX H200 clusters and NeMo fine-tune domain models, Dynamo and NIM serve those models to AVA and other agents, and the outputs automate accounting, HR, sales, support, and public-administration tasks inside customer workflows.

  1. Compute
    • NVIDIA DGX H200 Provide the main training and inference cluster for MISA’s self-hosted AI factory.
    • NVIDIA A40 GPUs Handle smaller, specialized workloads such as eKYC and router LLM tasks.
    • NVIDIA NeMo Supports Vietnamese and domain-specific model fine-tuning for enterprise and public-service use cases.
  2. Serving
    • NVIDIA Dynamo Serves models at production scale for real-time AI agent interactions.
    • NVIDIA NIM Provides microservice-based inference endpoints for MISA’s AI applications.
    • MISA AVA Delivers the business-facing AI assistant embedded into MISA’s management platform and agent workflows.
  3. Orchestration
    • NVIDIA Quantum InfiniBand Networking Connects the DGX nodes into a high-speed cluster for large model training and serving.
    • NVIDIA Run:ai Virtualizes the cluster and enables fractional GPU sharing for concurrent experiments.

Architecture clues

  • MISA keeps “Core AI” in-house and offloads smaller workloads such as eKYC to NVIDIA A40 GPUs.
  • NVIDIA Run:ai is used for GPU virtualization and fractional sharing across the DGX cluster.
  • The on-prem cluster trains and serves models ranging from 8B to 235B parameters.

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value100/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact25/25
    4 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence89%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability21/25
10 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
  • Direct evidence20/20
    5 direct source quotes retained.
  • Date provenance10/10
The publication date comes from the source page or publisher.
  • Source transparency8/10
