Business outcome
The game launched with strong audience engagement, giving the orchestra a modern interactive channel to introduce classical music to younger users and deepen interest among both musically trained and new players.
Solution
Accenture Song helped the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra build Final Score, a Roblox role-playing game for ages 11 to 17, using generative AI as a working part of delivery rather than as a marketing add-on. The implementation combined domain content from the orchestra—original music, sound effects, and education goals—with a multidisciplinary workflow spanning design, world-building, development, testing, and launch. Copilot 365 was used to accelerate project-management tasks such as writing user stories, while Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and bespoke ChatGPT models were used to generate 2D visual concepts and storylines for the game. Developers and creatives then refined those outputs into the Roblox experience served to players. More than 50 young people were kept in the loop throughout development as a feedback input for iteration and testing. The source does not disclose a named storage tier or back-end data platform, so the visible architecture centers on AI-assisted content creation and delivery through Roblox.
Data flow
Original music, sound effects, and educational goals from the orchestra, plus feedback from more than 50 young people, fed Accenture Song's design and development process. Copilot 365, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and bespoke ChatGPT models were used to produce user stories, visual assets, and story content, which developers assembled into Final Score and delivered to players on Roblox.
