Solution

InMorphis built three internal generative-AI workflows on ServiceNow AI Agents in just four weeks. For development, the company integrated a Microsoft Teams bot with ServiceNow large language models so employees across the business could generate ServiceNow code and configurations directly from chat, extending low-friction development beyond the core engineering team. For employee operations, InMorphis created an HR and IT support bot that reads a centralized knowledge base of documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs, then returns natural-language answers in real time. For go-to-market work, the sales team uses AI Agents to analyze customer RFPs, generate draft responses, ask probing follow-up questions, and search sales collateral inside Teams. Together, those flows let one ServiceNow-centered AI fabric serve internal support, developer productivity, and revenue workflows from the same knowledge and agent foundation.

Data flow

Employees and sales staff start in Microsoft Teams, where AI workflows call ServiceNow LLMs or AI Agents depending on the task. Code-generation prompts return ServiceNow development output, while HR, IT, and RFP requests pull from the centralized knowledge base to answer questions or assemble draft responses in real time.

Solution architecture

  1. Compute
    • AI Agents Power InMorphis workflows for employee support, RFP analysis, and sales-response generation.
    • ServiceNow LLMs Generate ServiceNow code and configurations from natural-language prompts inside chat.
  2. Storage
    • Centralized knowledge base Stores documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs that the employee-support bot reads for real-time answers.
  3. Serving
    • Microsoft Teams bot Acts as the chat interface where employees and sales staff trigger AI-driven development and knowledge workflows.

Architecture clues

  • InMorphis uses ServiceNow AI Agents within its own ServiceNow practice, not only for client delivery.
  • The employee-support bot reads documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PDFs from a centralized knowledge base.
  • The same Microsoft Teams chat surface is used for both code generation and sales-document search.

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value100/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact25/25
    3 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence79%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability21/25
10 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
