Solution

Simon AI built its agentic marketing platform directly on Snowflake's AI Data Cloud so marketing, data, and AI can operate inside one governed environment. First-, second-, and third-party structured and unstructured data stay in Snowflake instead of moving through reverse ETL or external APIs. Snowflake Cortex AI applies row-level LLM logic across billions of events and millions of profiles, while Snowflake data sharing and Snowflake Marketplace enrich customer records with weather, location, and market signals. Engineers build agents in SQL or Python, deploy them with Snowpark Container Services, and use Snowpark plus Dynamic Tables to keep real-time pipelines current. The resulting blueprints assemble reusable agents for intent detection, sentiment analysis, predictive scoring, and campaign activation so Simon customers can launch cross-channel campaigns faster and target audiences with more precision.

Data flow

First-, second-, and third-party customer data land in Snowflake, where Snowflake data sharing and Snowflake Marketplace add weather, location, and market signals. Dynamic Tables and Snowpark keep live datasets current, Cortex AI applies row-level LLM logic, and agents deployed with Snowpark Container Services generate intent, sentiment, and predictive outputs that feed contextual campaign activation.

Solution architecture

8 components · 4 layers
  1. Ingest
    • Snowflake data sharing Brings governed external and partner data into Simon's workflows without copying it out of Snowflake.
    • Snowflake Marketplace Supplies third-party weather, location, and market datasets that enrich campaign targeting.
  2. Compute
    • Snowflake Cortex AI Applies row-level LLM logic across large datasets for segmentation, reasoning, and agent decisions.
    • Claude from Anthropic Supplies the language model that powers Simon's composable AI agents through Snowflake.
    • Snowpark Supports the SQL and Python development model Simon uses to build and run real-time data pipelines for agents.
  3. Storage
    • Snowflake Provides the governed AI Data Cloud where customer data, agent logic, and campaign outputs stay together.
  4. Orchestration
    • Snowpark Container Services Deploys and scales Simon's agent services inside Snowflake with standard CI/CD practices.
    • Dynamic Tables Keeps derived marketing datasets and agent-ready attributes refreshed with the latest signals.

Architecture clues

  • Agents run natively inside Snowflake's AI Data Cloud, eliminating reverse ETL and external APIs.
  • Engineers build agents in SQL or Python and deploy them with Snowpark Container Services.
  • Governance includes role-based access controls, lineage tracking, and audit trails.

Scoring methodology

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value90/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact15/25
    1 metric describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence82%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability23/25
11 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
  • Direct evidence20/20
    5 direct source quotes retained.
  • Date provenance0/10
The publication date has no documented provenance.
  • Source transparency9/10
2 source references document publisher, URL, authority, retrieval, and supported fields.
  • Implementation specificity10/10
Rewards source-backed components, data flow, quantified impact, and a specific outcome.
