Naologic

Enterprise Knowledge Search

Naologic needed to build AI-powered ERP applications quickly while avoiding rigid schemas, duplicated search infrastructure, and repeated data remodeling whenever customers connected new internal or external business data.

Naologic started working on the platform three years ago.
The new AI-driven aggregation workflows save hundreds of hours.

Solution

Naologic uses MongoDB Atlas as the core data platform for building custom AI applications that augment ERP operations. The company first adopted MongoDB for its flexible developer experience and document model, which let it create complex visual data models for enterprise customers without repeatedly changing relational tables. It then extended the platform with MongoDB Atlas Vector Search so semantic retrieval and standard application queries could run in the same database rather than in separate search systems. Atlas now holds operational business data, connected external sources, and the structures that back Naologic's AI pipelines, while aggregation pipelines are used both for analytics and for AI-generated query workflows. This unified architecture makes it easier for Naologic to stand up tailored applications on modern AI stacks, accelerate experimentation, and save customers large amounts of implementation time when adapting software to their own processes.

Data flow

Business and ERP data is modeled in MongoDB Atlas, connected external sources are added without remodeling the whole schema, Vector Search retrieves relevant context from the same database, and AI pipelines generate or execute aggregation-based analyses for end-user applications.

Solution architecture

2 components · 2 layers
  1. Storage
    • MongoDB Atlas Stores the operational business data and flexible application models behind Naologic's ERP-focused AI platform.
  2. Serving
    • MongoDB Atlas Vector Search Provides semantic retrieval on business data so AI applications can combine vector and standard queries in one platform.

Architecture clues

  • Aggregation pipelines are generated and executed as part of the AI workflow.
  • The platform is designed to connect external business data without remodelling the entire schema.
  • Vector and standard query search run in the same MongoDB platform.

Evidence from the source

“Our product augments the operational side of ERP.”
“That's hundreds of hours saved.”
“We even have the AI generating aggregation pipelines now in MongoDB based on the user's query.”
“We've done a lot with MongoDB Atlas Vector Search because for business data, there's a huge advantage to being able to run query and vector search in the same place.”

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value75/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact0/25
    0 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
Evidence confidence90%
  • Source authority20/25
The main evidence is an official vendor-published customer story.
  • Claim traceability23/25
11 of 12 key fields link to a named source.
  • Direct evidence20/20
    4 direct source quotes retained.
  • Date provenance10/10
The publication date comes from the source page or publisher.
  • Source transparency9/10
2 source references document publisher, URL, authority, retrieval, and supported fields.
  • Implementation specificity8/10
Rewards source-backed components, data flow, quantified impact, and a specific outcome.
