Solution

Rox built an end-to-end revenue platform around OpenAI models so sellers can work from a shared data, workflow, and agent layer instead of juggling point tools. The data layer uses smaller models such as GPT-4o mini to clean and structure fragmented warehouse data for retrieval. On top of that, mid-tier reasoning models prioritize actions and collaborate with reps, while GPT-4o and the OpenAI Realtime API power the interaction layer that drafts emails, manages LinkedIn outreach, and prepares voice-enabled meeting briefs. At the center is the Rox Agent Swarm, a set of always-on account agents that monitor signals when reps are offline and surface recommendations when they return. Rox iterated from an open-ended chat concept to a configurable workflow platform shaped by customers such as Ramp, Couchbase, and Confluent, allowing top-seller practices to be encoded and reused across teams.

Data flow

Revenue data from customer warehouses is cleaned and structured with GPT-4o mini, then passed into reasoning layers that prioritize actions for each account. The Rox Agent Swarm monitors those accounts continuously and uses GPT-4o and the Realtime API to generate outreach, briefs, and recommendations that reps review and act on.

How scores are calculated

Customer Reference Value measures usefulness as a customer reference. Evidence Confidence measures the quality and traceability of available evidence, not independent verification.

Customer reference value100/100
  • Problem clarity20/20
Measures whether the customer's operational problem is specific enough to compare.
  • Implementation depth25/25
Rewards named components, data flow, integrations, and architecture detail.
  • Outcome specificity20/20
Measures whether the reported benefit is concrete rather than a generic claim.
  • Quantified impact25/25
    4 metrics describe measurable impact.
  • Deployment scale10/10
Rewards evidence of a live or scaled deployment and meaningful integration scope.
